Make the Factory Display
Fit a Tuned Vehicle.

BMW Sport Displays are calibrated around factory output ranges. When a supported vehicle produces more power and torque after tuning, the original display scale may top out before the vehicle reaches its expected tuned output.

Sport Display HP/TQ Calibration lets the user adjust the maximum values shown by compatible gauges. The result is a display range that better suits the tuned setup and avoids an artificially low visual ceiling.

How It Works

The available calibration controls let the user change the maximum figures represented by the supported Sport Display.

Important Distinction

Display Scaling Is Not Power Measurement.

The feature changes the visual range of the gauge. It does not create, calculate or verify engine output.

Choose the supported OTS or custom calibration intended for the vehicle and hardware configuration.

Locate the Sport Display HP/TQ calibration controls where they are available.

Adjust HP and Torque

Set the preferred maximum display ranges using the available in-app sliders.

Complete the Flash

Continue with the normal flashing procedure and review the updated Sport Display after completion.

What does Sport Display HP/TQ Calibration do?

Does changing the display increase engine power?

No. This is a display calibration only. It does not change engine output, boost, fueling, ignition or torque targets.

Does the Sport Display show measured dyno power?

No. Recalibrating the scale does not convert the Sport Display into a dyno or an independent power-measurement device.

Can horsepower and torque be adjusted separately?
